Udana’s mental coach Susanna is a RYT200 certified yoga teacher. She offers personal yoga classes for individuals and groups. The content and challenge level of the classes are individually planned for every client or group.

Yoga classes are organized either at Udana’s yoga class or a suitable place organized by the client.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is dynamic yoga where the breathing and motion are synchronized together as one flow, moving freely from one pose to another.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is therapeutic yoga where one can let go of accomplishing and striving, and just focus to calm down. Asanas are passive and stretching, in which we stay from 3 to 5 minutes at a time to get enough time to relax and recover. Yin Yoga is a perfect balancing exercise for physically heavy training, and thus, it suits well for example for athletes.
